Exclusive project of agricultural plots, separated from each other. The land is 80% covered by native forest and is crossed by two rivers. It has panoramic views of the Baker River and the Southern Patagonian Ice Field. It borders the Carretera Austral, which facilitates entry, access to services and the installation of electricity, water and fiber optics.
The plots are concentrated in areas with a low density of native trees, which are also connected to each other by a pre-existing road. This favors its construction and subdivision, while keeping human intervention out of native forest territory or areas with potential for restoration and reforestation, strengthening conservation work in those places.

The site is located 5 minutes from the confluence of the Baker and Neff rivers, 10 minutes from Puerto Bertrand, and 40 from Cochrane. Nearby you can find boutique hotels (such as the Borde Baker), restaurants (Konaiken), and fishing lodges (such as Green Baker and Magic Waters). In addition, different sports can be practiced in the area, such as rafting, kayaking down the Baker River, competitive fishing and trekking along trails such as those of the Patagonia National Park (305,000 hectares of park).

Conservation
The administrator of the Derecho Real de Conservación (DRC) that covers the entire territory of Vista Baker will be Fundación Espora.
For starters, they will perform a socio-environmental evaluation of the
territory, that will facilitate the construction of the DRC contract that
plot owners will sign.
Then, a second stage consisting of the elaboration of a participatory Management Plan will determine the strategies and actions for the
protection and restoration of the identified conservation targets.
Finally, they will be monitoring the Management Plan, presenting annual evaluation reports to the owners.
